Cranehill Capital LLC began as an investor in the last stages of corporate bankruptcies. We purchase the residual/remnant assets from Trustees and Administrators who are closing their cases. This allows creditors to monetize any future income.
Cranehill is the second largest purchaser of remnant assets in the United States. Cranehill was incorporated in 2010. Greg Mullen is the founding principal of Cranehill Capital. Greg has over 30 years of investing as a principal. His business experiences include real estate development and disposition; accounts receivable financing and investments in various forms of financial assets. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Greg loves watching soccer; is an extremely average golfer; cycles and enjoys spending time with three semi-perfect grandsons and one perfect granddaughter. Greg and his wife have had the opportunity to backpack and travel through all 50 states and 52 countries. He volunteers for various charities.
